The year it started
How it started
My father opened the business out of our garage in 1998, and I spent every summer of high school on his jobs. After my apprenticeship I worked for a big outfit in Lancaster for six years, which taught me how I didn’t want to run things.
When Dad retired I took over with one van and his customer list. The way we run jobs hasn’t changed: a price in writing first, floors covered, and a call back the same day.

How I work
Price first
A fixed quote in writing before I pick up a tool. If something changes, you hear about it before it costs you.
On time, or a call
I show up in the window I give you. If a job runs over, you get a call, not silence.
Leave it cleaner
Drop cloths down, shoe covers on, debris hauled away. You shouldn’t be able to tell I was there, except it works.
